At the ceremony, Mr. Zuo said the company will hold rap session regularly to enhance the innovation; establish a system to improve the innovation ability of the company; establish a library to provide books for all the association members; protect intellectual property rights; reward outstanding scientific and technological workers.

       Witnessed by representatives from Xiangcheng District Science & Technology Bureau, Mr. Zuo proclaimed the constitution of the association.
